Why PACT exists

02. AI engines select answers from patterns of evidence.

Presence measures whether answer engines mention your brand when buyers ask about your category, problem, competitors, alternatives, use cases, or market.

The goal is not to manufacture fake authority. The goal is to make real authority visible.

06. Consensus: Does the web describe you consistently?

Consensus measures whether different sources agree about who you are.

AI engines struggle when a brand is described differently across the web. If one source says you are a SaaS platform, another says you are an agency, another says you are a consultancy, and your own site uses different language again, the machine receives conflicting signals.
